eRx Remote Consultation Service

WEED.TH CO., LTD. operates an eRx remote consultation system connecting licensed physicians with cannabis dispensaries. It's important to understand that all medical consultations are conducted by licensed physicians who are responsible for their medical advice and prescriptions.

Please note the following regarding our refund policy:

• Medical Consultation Service: Refunds for consultation fees may be available if our system fails to connect you with a physician or if there are technical issues preventing the consultation from taking place.
• Completed Consultations: Once a consultation has been completed and a P.T.33 prescription has been issued, consultation fees are generally non-refundable as the medical service has been provided.
• System Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with our eRx system that prevent you from completing a consultation, please contact our support team immediately for assistance and potential refund.

Service Fees

Any consultation or service fees charged by WEED.TH CO., LTD. are subject to the following refund conditions:

• System Failure: Full refund available if our eRx system fails to process your consultation request correctly.
• Identity Verification Services: Fees for SUMSUB identity verification services are non-refundable once the verification process has begun.
• Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed and a medical opinion or prescription has been provided.

If you have concerns about a consultation or refund request, please follow these steps:

1. For medical concerns, first contact the physician who conducted your consultation
2. For technical or billing issues, document the specific problems encountered
3. Include consultation details, dates, and specific issues when contacting support
