eRx Service Role and Medical Consultations

WEED.TH CO., LTD. operates an eRx remote consultation system connecting licensed physicians with cannabis dispensaries to provide P.T.33 prescriptions. WEED.TH CO., LTD. acts as a facilitator for remote medical consultations and is not a medical provider. All medical consultations are conducted by licensed physicians, and all medical advice, diagnoses, and prescriptions are the responsibility of the consulting physician. Any medical concerns or prescription-related issues must first be directed to the physician who conducted the consultation.
